Gerry Ramos, the technician who arrived today, was remarkable. Not only did he do a very thorough job, but also spent time carefully answering my questions—and was unbelievably patient in the presence of the tenant at this property, who has dementia. On the basis of Gerry's competence, kindness, and general demeanor, I'd recommend hime—and Gentry—highly!!! Thanks!
