Mr. Ramos was friendly enough, however, we had problems later on. He never checked to see if the air conditioning came back on, we turned on our system and had to leave for an appointment and dinner and when we came back home our house was very warm around 80 degrees, we could not get the air on. We called the emergency line and had to have someone come out to our home last night. It turns out Mr. Ramos wired our new capacitor wrong and blew a fan. We had no air conditioning last night, we have pets and sensitive equipment we had to turn off so it wouldn't get overheated, needless to say I'm a very unhappy customer. Our capacitor will be replaced as well as the fan, we had no problems with our system until this visit.

I had a heating emergency and was not an existing customer so most places I called said it would be several days before I could get a service call...snow was coming and it was cold, and i'm 8 1/2 months pregnant ...Gentry Heating came out within a few hours of me calling...they were affordable and very quick to fix my furnace issue! The guy was very nice and knew just what he was doing. I was very impressed with this service and will not be calling anyone else in the future.

We have been using gentry for years! The customer service that Rick fives is outstanding! He is one of the reason we continue with gentry . Would love to see a customer loyalty program that gives discounts or coupons to lower rate of service contracts, cost seems to go up. Thanks the Wehe-Davis family
