Company was able to send serviceperson within 24hours. He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. he didn't have a problem with my dog who barks at strangers. Able to answer my questions and seemed genuinely interested in his job and my situation. Very pleased with his interaction and quality of service. thank you pat robinson
